The oldest residential stretch we work on in Boise, with Victorian houses tracing back to the late 1800s along the avenue itself. Foundations and framing vary a lot at this age, and a house that has settled shows it in the plaster. We check for movement before quoting, because a wall that is still shifting will telegraph through any finish applied over it.

Slaked lime and aggregate, built up in thin coats. Soft, luminous, and alive to light. The oldest of the four by a couple of thousand years.
